Executive Assistant - Business Analyst

"STARS HOLDING" is looking for a fast, analytical and curious person who would like to work directly with the company's shareholder and see up close how real business decisions are made.

This is a position for someone who wants not only to perform tasks, but also to understand the business, analyze projects, provide their own insights and contribute to decision-making.

✔️Participate in business meetings with potential partners and go on business trips;
✔️Collect and systematize information about new projects and business opportunities;
✔️Analyze projects and investment opportunities;
✔️Prepare clear summaries and recommendations for the manager;
✔️Monitor the market, search for relevant information and help the manager prepare for business meetings;
✔️Perform other tasks related to business development and the manager's activities.

✅ Higher financial education is required;
✅ Ability to systematize information and present it clearly and structured;
✅ Ability to assess the financial and economic feasibility of projects;
✅ Responsibility, initiative and independence;
✅ Ability to react quickly and work according to the principle of "what is said is done";
✅ Good knowledge of English, other languages - an advantage;
✅ Ability to go on business trips in Europe and Asia - up to 6 business trips per year;
✅ Ability to feel comfortable in business meetings and communicate with different people.

2500-4000 €/mon. gross
This position offers a fixed salary, depending on the candidate's experience, and a variable part of the remuneration for the achieved and implemented results.

If desired, a project-based employment contract can be concluded and an individual work and working time schedule can be agreed. In this case, the remuneration would depend on the scope, complexity and working time of the implemented projects.
