A growing team is looking for an organized, responsible, and independent administration specialist who would ensure smooth management of documents, data, and internal processes.
Nature of work:
Administration and documents:
Data management and reports:
Manager and team support:
- Preparation and administration of temporary employee contracts.
- Archiving and systematizing documents.
- Issuing invoices to clients.
- Correspondence with clients and employees.
- Maintenance and support of internal systems.
Data management and reports:
- Filling and updating the candidate database.
- Entering data into CRM and internal systems.
- Preparing reports for management.
- Collection and systematization of KPI data.
Manager and team support:
- Meeting planning and calendar management.
- Preparation of weekly meeting minutes.
- Coordination of inquiries and calls.
- Documentation and maintenance of internal processes.
- Assistance in implementing new systems and tools.
Employee requirements:
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of Lithuanian.
- English and Russian - at a communication level.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills (tables, formulas, filters, Pivot).
- Experience working with documents (contracts, invoices, formal letters).
- Organization is the most important skill in this position.
- Independence and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration.
Advantages:
- Experience in a recruitment agency or HR field.
- Google Workspace / OneDrive / Dropbox experience.
- Basics of accounting (understanding of accounts, tracking payments).
- Experience in social media management.

- Salary: €1200-1500 after taxes (depending on experience).
- Salary review after 3 months based on results.
