Nature of work:

Northway Group of Companies is looking for a reliable, organized and proactive Executive Assistant who would become an important part of the executive team and help effectively coordinate daily activities in the international life sciences and biotechnology business environment.
Main responsibilities
  • Planning and coordinating the executive's calendar, meetings and agenda.
  • Administration of internal and external communication in Lithuanian and English.
  • Organization and coordination of meetings, events, visits and business trips.
  • Preparation, analysis and summarization of information and documents.
  • Management of confidential information.
  • Assist in coordinating various strategic and administrative projects.
  • Communication with Lithuanian and foreign partners.

  • Have a higher education in biotechnology or another life sciences field.
  • Have experience in administration, project coordination or as a manager's assistant.
  • You communicate excellently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing.
  • You are able to quickly understand new information, analyze complex issues and clearly structure and present information.
  • You are highly organized, attentive to details, able to make decisions independently and set priorities for activities.
  • You know how to plan your time effectively and work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • You consider the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools not an advantage, but a necessary part of everyday work.
  • You are curious, proactive and constantly looking for more efficient ways of working.
  • You are excellent at using Microsoft Office programs.
