Assistant Manager

MB "AVStogai" is a construction and real estate development company. In order to expand our activities, we are looking for an assistant manager / project coordinator who would help organize the daily activities of the company and contribute to its growth.

Job description: • assisting the manager in organizing daily work and projects; • searching for public procurements, tenders and new objects and assisting in preparing documents; • preparing commercial offers, contracts, work reports and other documents; • searching for employees and subcontractors, administering job advertisements; • communicating with customers, suppliers and partners; • assisting in administering individual house projects under construction and for sale; • searching for new customers and cooperation opportunities; • assisting in the company's marketing and advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.); • suggesting ideas for improving advertising, sales and company activities; • searching for information and working with AI / ChatGPT and other modern tools; • controlling current tasks, documents and deadlines.

The work is varied - we are looking for someone who would not only complete assigned tasks, but would also be interested in them, look for solutions, and suggest new ideas.

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and self-motivated person.

• Willingness to work, learn and grow with the company;
• Responsibility, independence and initiative;
• Ability to search for information and solutions on your own;
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Google, etc.);
• Ability or willingness to learn to use AI / ChatGPT tools;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Correct Lithuanian;
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
• Category B driver's license is an advantage.

Experience in construction, real estate, administration, marketing or public procurement would be an advantage, but not necessary.
The most important thing for us is a person's motivation, responsibility and willingness to learn. Therefore, we also invite candidates with less work experience or those starting their careers to apply.

1200-1700 €/mon. net
The salary depends on the candidate's experience, skills and assumed responsibilities. We evaluate the results of the work - as competencies and responsibilities grow, there is an opportunity to increase the salary and pay bonuses for the achieved results.
