Assistant Manager/Administration Coordinator

You will coordinate daily retail activities and ensure that processes run smoothly
You will oversee customer experience and service quality
You will manage administrative processes and internal procedures
You will prepare reports, track indicators and results
You will coordinate social media maintenance and communication
You will work with advertising partners and help implement marketing actions
You will contribute to development, implementation of ideas and daily decisions
You will notice what is missing, what needs to be improved or fixed - without waiting for someone to tell you

you like to work only according to clearly written instructions
you wait for someone to constantly control or remind you

you have a good sense of aesthetics
you notice problems before they become problems

experience in retail, customer service or management
understanding of social media and marketing
good Excel skills
analytical thinking
