Responsibilities:
- Coordination of tasks assigned by the manager;
- Preparation, coordination, archiving of documents;
- Data entry and analysis (e.g. production indicators), preparation of reports;
- Ensuring smooth internal communication between departments;
- Assistance in implementing projects and other assigned tasks.
We expect from you:
- You have a higher education, but you understand that education is acquired, and personal qualities are developed through perseverance and a desire to improve;
- You are diligent, responsible, able to quickly delve into new topics;
- You are good at working with MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
- You are able to independently organize your time and solve problems;
- You have experience in production, administrative or organizational activities (an advantage);
- Understanding of the production environment or the food industry is a great advantage.
