We are looking for a responsible and organized colleague who will help ensure the smooth daily operations of the company!
This is a position for someone who likes order, is able to manage information flows, works carefully with documents and knows how to ensure that important work is completed on time.
Preparing and entering work reports into the company's program.
Preparing, printing and administering invoices.
Monitoring the progress of work and updating information in the program.
Entering, registering and systematizing documents and data.
Assisting the manager in organizing daily work.
Other administrative tasks.

1,300–1,500 € salary in hand, depending on experience.
