Most common tasks
- Initial collection and structuring of information for new projects
- Coordination of projects and proposals
- Supervision of the process of preparing commercial proposals
- Coordination of information between clients, partners and the internal team
- Systematization of CRM and project information
- Tracking project priorities and deadlines
- Assistance to management in assessing project risks, deadlines and commercial logic
- Follow-up of meetings, tasks and further actions
- Maintaining and improving the order of commercial and internal processes
- Preparation of various analyses, options and recommendations for management

- Ability to systematize information and maintain order
- Clear communication and ability to coordinate several processes simultaneously

- Experience in design, construction, real estate development or similar fields is an advantage
