What are we looking for
DAVIVA is a new and used car parts trading company operating in the market for 15 years. We are currently expanding our sales team and are looking for a specialist who can ensure the highest quality of customer service and smooth administration of sales processes.
Nature of work
- Customer service and consulting on car structure and spare parts.
- Acceptance of orders, administration and data entry into the company's internal systems.
- Control of delivery terms and communication with buyers.
- Work with cash registers and specialized software.
Requirements
- Good technical knowledge of car structure and car parts.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- High emotional intelligence when communicating with customers.
- Result-oriented, responsible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
