About the position:
🔥 We are looking for an energetic, responsible person who loves sales and wants to manage their own income. We provide a workplace, tools, advertising, car preparation and photos. Your main task is to communicate with customers, find cars for sale, negotiate and ensure that transactions are completed at the best possible price.
Main tasks:
- Active customer search (including cold calls).
- Consulting customers throughout the entire process - from the first contact to the sale or purchase of the car.
- Ensuring that the customer is informed about all steps and possible alternatives.
- Maintaining contact with existing customers.
- Administration of commission contracts and smooth process management.
- Organizing meetings and communicating with companies that have fleets.
What to expect:
- That you like sales and communication with people.
- Responsibility and independence – to adhere to agreements, to perform work in an orderly manner.
- Good command of Lithuanian (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of foreign languages – English or Russian (an advantage).
- Experience in sales – a great advantage, but we also value strong motivation.
- Ability to quickly orientate and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Driver's license (category B).
