Responsibilities
- Understand all restaurant operations, working in different work areas.
- Ensure excellent customer service, in line with company standards.
- Participate in a structured Manager Trainee training program.
- Develop leadership skills by training, developing and motivating team members.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant are maintained.
- Gradually take on more responsibility and prepare to lead restaurant shifts.

- Previous work experience in the fast food sector (advantage).
- Interest in a career in restaurant management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
