We invite a MANAGER in the ARCHIVES DEPARTMENT to join the Archives Department and discover not only a space to grow, but also a community that supports and inspires you to strive for more.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of licensing, distribution and administration processes of archival material (photographic, audio, audiovisual and textual);
- Preparation, administration and supervision of license agreements;
- Consulting customers and cooperation with partners on issues of using archive content;
- Administration of accounting, settlements and documentation of archival material;
- Cooperation with internal departments and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of processes.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education (advantage – in communication, media, cultural management, information and document management or related fields);
- At least 1 year of similar work experience (advantage – experience in customer service, archiving, licensing, document or contract administration);
- Good MS Office skills (advantage – experience with archive or media content management systems such as AVID MAM Media Central or an analogous system);
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (advantage – proficiency in English);
- Ability to administer contracts, manage information, plan work and collaborate effectively;
- Responsibility, initiative and orientation towards results.

Salary for this position: from 1840 to 2300 EUR/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
