Manager

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Planning and coordinating daily cargo flows;
Planning driver routes and assigning tasks;
Organizing warehouse work and controlling processes;
Monitoring the process of receiving, sorting and sending cargo;
Prompt troubleshooting and communicating with customers;
Cooperation with drivers, warehouse employees and other departments;
Working with internal information systems, data administration;
Process improvement initiatives and ensuring operational efficiency;
Controlling quality, deadlines and service levels.

Have a higher or higher education;
Have work experience in the field of logistics, transport or warehouse activities (an advantage);
Are able to plan work, set priorities and make decisions quickly;
Are organized, responsible and proactive;
Are excellent communicators and able to work in a team;
Are able to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage several tasks simultaneously;
Are good at working with a computer (MS Office); experience working with logistics or warehouse management systems would be an advantage;
Have a category B driver's license.
