Manager

S. Jokužio publishing house-printing house invites a responsible, communicative and customer-oriented sales manager to join the team.
The main task of this position is to administer customer inquiries and orders received in online stores and by e-mail, to professionally serve existing and new customers and to cultivate long-term relationships with them.
Main responsibilities

• Administration and coordination of customer orders received in online stores;
• Prompt response to customer inquiries received by e-mail;
• Customer consultation on products, prices, production terms and order fulfillment;
• Preparation of commercial offers and coordination of order conditions;
• Serving existing customers and maintaining long-term relationships;
• Serving new customers who contact the company and turning their inquiries into orders;
• Increasing the volume of cooperation with existing and new customers;
• Transferring orders to production and monitoring their progress;
• Cooperation with production, supply and other departments of the company;
• Administration of customer data and information about orders.

Active search for new customers is not the main function of this position - you will mainly work with incoming inquiries, existing customers and new customers who are already interested.

• Have experience in sales, customer service or order administration;
• Able to communicate professionally and correctly in writing and orally;
• Are customer and result-oriented;
• Able to independently organize your work and manage several tasks at the same time;
• You are attentive to details, responsible and proactive;
• Able to promptly resolve non-standard situations;
• You are good at working with computers and quickly understand new systems;
• You speak English. Knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage.

Work experience in the field of printing, advertising, production or e-commerce would be an advantage, but not necessary.
