Nature of work
- Development: Search for new clients (medium-large farms, agro-companies, distributors) and creation of long-term partnerships in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
- Curation: Launch of the Agravis feed additive line to the market, implementation of the sales strategy and ensuring growth in the Baltic region.
- Consulting: Professional technical support and consultations for livestock specialists and farmers on the use and benefits of products.
- Market analysis: Monitoring and analysis of the competitive environment and trends in the Baltic markets.
- Communication: Close cooperation with representatives of the Agravis cooperative and the internal team.
Employee requirements
- Experience: Successful sales experience in the agricultural, livestock or feed/veterinary sector (experience working with the Baltic markets is a big advantage).
- Knowledge: Higher education in the field of livestock, veterinary, agronomy or business management is an advantage.
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (Russian is also useful when communicating with certain partners, German is an advantage).
- Personal qualities: Independence, strong negotiation skills, results-oriented and the ability to effectively plan trips and time.
- Driving license: Category B and preparation for business trips.
