Nature of work
We are currently looking for a manager/coordinator for the subsidiary company "Arijus Transport", UAB.
- Planning of tasks submitted by customers (routing), execution, supervision, control, task verification, submission of driver information to the system;
- Control of the execution of tasks submitted to drivers. Resolution of emerging situations;
- Execution of customer orders. Communication with customers and suppliers when fulfilling customer orders. Order accounting and documentation;
- Administration of CMR and other documents;
- Preparation of reports and issuing/submitting invoices to the customer according to a pre-agreed price;
- Driver supervision and assistance during inspections/incidents;
- Tracking of drivers' work/rest regime indicators.
Employee requirements

- You are fluent in English and Russian;
- You have similar work experience;
- You have good planning, communication, and collaboration skills;
- You are able to defend your position;
- You have a higher education, preferably in the field of transport or logistics;
- You are diligent, responsible, and independent.
