Manager in the metal production department

We are looking for a technically oriented and proactive manager to work with metal production customer inquiries and orders.

In this position, it is important not only to communicate with the client in a high-quality manner, but also to understand the technical part of the inquiry, be able to coordinate the collection of necessary information and consistently manage the process from receipt of the inquiry to the transfer of the order for execution.

Nature of work:

• Receiving, analyzing, registering and managing customer inquiries;
• Clarifying customer needs, technical requirements and missing information;
• Analysis of technical drawings, specifications and other information related to the inquiry;
• Coordinating the preparation and submission of commercial offers to customers;
• Communicating with Lithuanian and foreign customers, tracking offers and agreements;
• Cooperation with technologists, designers, production and other departments of the company;
• Preparing and transferring order information for further execution;
• Administration of customer, request and project information in the ERP system "Monitor G5".

Candidate requirements:

• Work experience in the field of metal, metal processing or metal structures OR a degree in mechanics / mechanical engineering is required;
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications;
• Technical thinking and ability to navigate production processes;
• Ability to independently plan work, set priorities and manage several requests at the same time;
• Ability to independently monitor the progress of requests, initiate necessary actions in a timely manner and ensure the fulfillment of agreements;
• Responsible attitude to deadlines, information provided to the client and the result of work;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of English, allowing independent communication with clients;
• Good computer skills.

1600-1800 €/mon. net
Salary – 1600–1800 EUR per month, depending on experience and competencies.
