Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Manager to join the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will communicate with our clients in writing, consult them about the services provided by the bank;
- You will build and develop sustainable relationships with existing and potential private and business clients of Artea bankas;
- You will find business opportunities – actively and comprehensively offer the services of the Artea bankas group;
- You will solve daily questions and problems that arise for the client yourself or by referring them to employees with the necessary competence;
- You will help find the most suitable financial solutions;
- You will improve your knowledge of bank products and services and gain valuable customer service experience.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Be communicative and customer and result-oriented;
- Have experience in customer service, sales (in a financial company - an advantage);
- Attention, diligence, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
- Strong communication and conflict management skills;
- Good computer skills (Forpost program - an advantage);
- Smooth and well-reasoned communication in correct Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage).
