Lithuanian and Norwegian UAB "Norvelita" - one of the largest fish processing companies in Lithuania - invites a Sales Manager to join its team.
We are looking for someone who is able not only to professionally communicate with clients and coordinate the sales process, but also to carefully administer sales-related documents.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Communication with existing customers, acceptance and administration of their orders;
- Search for new customers and development of sales opportunities;
- Preparation and coordination of commercial offers;
- Coordination of customer orders from receipt of the order to its fulfillment;
- Issuance and administration of debit and credit invoices;
- Collection, verification and coordination of credit invoice supporting documents;
- Administration of sales documents, prices and other customer-related information;
- Control of customer settlements and debts;
- Analysis of sales data and results;
- Cooperation with production, logistics, warehouse, accounting and other departments of the company;
- Operational resolution of customer issues and non-standard situations;
- Preparation of sales reports and submission of information to the manager.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education;
- Experience in sales, customer service or sales administration;
- Experience in working with invoices, credit and debit accounts is a great advantage;
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel;
- Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an advantage;
- Attentiveness and thoroughness in working with numbers and documents;
- Ability to independently plan work and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
- Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills;
- Initiative and result-oriented.
