In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation, coordination and administration of television program acquisition, sale and partnership agreements;
- Supervision and administration of contract execution, program licenses, broadcasting rights and terms;
- Administration and control of invoices, payments and contract-related data;
- Provision of information about program rights to Epika, Mediateka, LRT portal and other interested departments;
- Cooperation with Lithuanian and foreign content providers, as well as with legal, public procurement, finance and other internal departments;
- Preparation of reports and provision of information, ensuring smooth implementation of program acquisition and administration processes.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education (advantage – in management, business administration or related fields);
- At least 1 year of similar work experience;
- Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs ("Word", "Excel", "PowerPoint", "Outlook") (experience in working with document management systems is an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage);
- Knowledge of contract administration principles (advantage – knowledge of public procurement or program procurement processes);
- Ability to plan and organize work, work with large amounts of information, analyze data and meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, initiative, responsibility and orientation to results.
Salary for this position: from 2360 to 2770 Eur/month. (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
