We invite a MANAGER to join the team of the Television Department's Program Division and find not only a space to grow, but also a community that supports and inspires you to strive for more.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Administration of contracts, documents and invoices;
- Monitoring of processes and deadlines and communication with the team and partners;
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the department's employees.
- Coordination of the planning and execution of sports broadcasts together with the team;
- Collection, management and updating of information about planned sports broadcasts.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education (advantage – in management, communication, administration, economics or similar field);
- Similar work experience (advantage – experience in document, contract or financial administration);
- Good MS Office skills (advantage – knowledge of document or financial management systems);
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Ability to plan work, coordinate processes and cooperate;
- Responsible attitude to work, initiative and ability to work in a team.
