Your responsibilities:

- Check and administer transport service invoices, ensuring their compliance with contracts, tariffs and performed transportations;
- Collect, check and archive transport documents (CMR, waybills, cargo delivery documents, etc.);
- Control that all transport documents are received on time and properly filled out;
- Cooperate with transport companies, forwarders, warehouse, production and finance departments to resolve document and invoice discrepancies;
- Register transport invoices and documents in the company's accounting system;
- Reconcile transport invoice discrepancies with suppliers and initiate their correction;
- Prepare transport cost and document summaries and reports;
- Ensure orderly management of logistics documentation in accordance with the company's internal procedures;
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the head of the logistics department.
What do we expect from you?
- higher or higher education in logistics, transport, business administration, etc.;
- good computer literacy (MS Excel, Outlook; experience working with ERP systems is an advantage);
- experience in logistics, transport administration or accounting is an advantage;
- ability to work with a large amount of documents and carefully check information;
- knowledge of English;
- analytical thinking, responsibility and attention to detail;
- good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with different departments of the company and transport partners.
