Nature of work
We are looking for a car service manager who is well versed in car repair processes and is able to independently coordinate the entire repair process - from accepting the car to handing it over to the customer.
- Consulting and communicating with customers regarding car repairs, including insurance events.
- Communication and cooperation with insurance companies, coordinating repair work and their estimates.
- Accepting cars from customers and assessing their condition.
- Planning, organizing and distributing repair work to service personnel.
- Preparing and coordinating repair estimates.
- Searching for and ordering the necessary car parts.
- Coordination of the repair process from accepting the car to handing it over to the customer.
- Informing customers about the work being performed, the progress of the repair and deadlines.
- Monitoring the work performed and preparing the car for handing over to the customer.
- Ensuring daily communication with customers, insurance companies, parts suppliers and service personnel.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in a car service is required.
- Good understanding of passenger car construction, repair processes and technologies.
- Experience in working with insurance events and insurance companies is a great advantage.
- Ability to independently assess car failures and predict the necessary repairs.
- Ability to create and administer repair estimates.
- Ability to plan and organize the work of service employees.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Responsibility, organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly make decisions and resolve emerging situations.
- Driving license (category B).
- Ability to work in a team and maintain smooth communication between customers, service employees, insurance companies and suppliers.
