We are looking for a responsible, organized and communicative team member to join our team and take care of the coordination and administration of insurance car acceptance, repair process.
We are looking for a responsible, organized and communicative team member to join our team and take care of the coordination and administration of insurance car acceptance, repair process.
- Acceptance and initial inspection of insurance cars.
- Transferring information about cars and necessary work to the service.
- Coordinating car repair deadlines and return time after repair with customers.
- Coordinating the transportation of cars to the service in cooperation with the transport department.
- Monitoring customer arrears and debt management.
- Registering and entering received invoices into the accounting system.
- Ensuring smooth information flow between customers, service and other company departments.
Employee requirements
- B category driving license – required.
- Responsibility, diligence and good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to plan work, manage information and meet deadlines.
- Computer skills.
- Experience in car repair, insurance or transport would be an advantage.
