What do we expect from you
A strong desire to work and pursue direct earnings (there is no ceiling on bonuses here).
The art of negotiation, the ability to persuade and find compromises even in difficult situations.
Good command of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken) and knowledge of clerical work;
The ability to independently plan time and complete tasks;
The desire to achieve goals without constant control.
Legal education would be an advantage.
