Receiving customers at the car service and consulting
Receiving orders, planning and coordinating work
Preparing repair estimates and explaining them to customers
Communicating with technicians, tracking work progress
Administration of settlements, invoices and documents
Ensuring quality customer service

Experience in customer service or management (in a car service would be a great advantage)
Understanding the technical basics of cars (a great advantage)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
Responsibility, diligence, result orientation
Computer literacy (e-mail, programs)
Desire to improve, work and earn money
Excellent computer skills
Driver's license
Knowledge of English
