MANAGER IN THE CUSTOMER INQUIRY MANAGEMENT TEAM

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Customer Inquiry Management team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to private customers. Do you think we are on the right track? Then we are waiting for you to join our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By resolving private customer inquiries (by phone and email) in a high-quality and timely manner;
• By working with the electricity and natural gas accounting program;
• By processing and systematizing customer data and concluding contracts.

• Higher university, non-university or secondary education;
• Skills in working with basic MS Office programs;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (oral and written);
• High language culture;
• Customer orientation, communication skills, diligence, responsibility.

An advantage would be:

• Experience in customer service and sales;
• Knowledge of English and Russian.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 1,890 to EUR 2,830 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
