MANAGER IN ŠIAULIA CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM

We are currently looking for a new team member for our Šiauliai customer service team. In this position, you will be responsible for high-quality and effective customer service and sales of services to customers.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Providing high-quality customer service, understanding their needs and offering the most favorable solutions;
• Creating added value for customers through the sale of products and services to potential, new and existing customers;
• Analyzing the efficiency of the team's activities and providing actions to optimize activities;
• Participating in projects initiated by the company.

• Higher or higher education;
• Skills in working with basic MS Office programs;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (oral and written);
• Good knowledge of English and Russian;
• Customer orientation, communication skills, diligence, responsibility, high language culture.

An advantage would be:

• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience;
• Category B driver's license.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 1890 to 2830 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
