MANAGER IN VILNIUS CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

We are currently looking for a new team member for our Vilnius customer service team. The work takes place live in our customer service department, Viršuliškių skg. 34, Vilnius. In this position, you will be responsible for high-quality and effective customer service and sales of services to customers. Do you think we are on the right track? You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Providing high-quality customer service, understanding their needs and offering the most favorable solutions;
• Creating additional value for customers through the sale of products and services to potential, new and existing customers;
• Analyzing the efficiency of the department's activities and providing actions to optimize activities;
• Participating in projects initiated by the company.

• Higher or higher education;
• Skills in working with MS Office basic programs;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (oral and written);
• Customer orientation, communication skills, diligence, responsibility, high language culture.

An advantage would be:

• At least 1 year of customer service and sales experience;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian;
• Category B driver's license.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 1890 to 2830 EUR (excluding taxes). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
