About job:
Our client, an international company providing solutions in the field of industrial printing, is currently looking to recruit a Manager Assistant to join their team. The employee's main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Communication with customers (by phone, e-mail, live);
- Administration of sales and purchase orders;
- Organization of transport orders (freight, shipments, letters)
- Preparation of reports;
- Working with SAP, GPAIS and other systems.
Employee requirements
- Similar work experience is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Communication skills, organization;
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
