About job:

Our client, an international company providing solutions in the field of industrial printing, is currently looking to recruit a Manager Assistant to join their team. The employee's main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Communication with customers (by phone, e-mail, live);
  • Administration of sales and purchase orders;
  • Organization of transport orders (freight, shipments, letters)
  • Preparation of reports;
  • Working with SAP, GPAIS and other systems.

Employee requirements

  • Similar work experience is an advantage;
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
  • Communication skills, organization;
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage.
