Monthly salary: €3,200.00 - €4,800.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize and ensure the effective operation of the wagon assembly shop and its subordinate production/repair shops
- Manage the wagon assembly shop, clutch repair, brake system and other unit repair shops, wood preparation shop and paint shop
- Plan, coordinate and control production and repair processes, ensuring the implementation of established plans
- Ensure the quality of work performed, compliance with technological processes and timely completion of tasks
- Manage human, technical and material resources, ensuring their effective use
- Analyze performance indicators, identify areas for improvement and initiate solutions for improving performance
- Ensure compliance with employee safety, health, fire safety and environmental protection requirements
- Cooperate with other departments of the company to ensure the effective organization of production and repair processes and the achievement of performance results
- Form and develop a team, ensuring the growth of employee competencies and involvement
What do we expect?
- At least a higher education (preferably in management, production management, engineering)
- Experience in managing a production/repair activity or a production/repair unit
- Experience in leading a team of at least 30 employees in the field of production, repair or maintenance
- Good skills in production planning, process management and ensuring operational efficiency
- Ability to analyze performance indicators, make decisions and achieve set goals
- Knowledge of the principles of occupational safety and health, quality and activity organization
- Ability to work with MS Office programs
- English language proficiency would be an advantage
- Leadership, initiative, responsibility and result orientation
