Nature of work
- Transportation, loading and unloading of boxes with customer documents using the company's car in Vilnius and other Lithuanian cities.
- Delivering new archival tools (empty boxes and their covers) to customers on time according to orders and accepting and checking the quantity of archival boxes and document files returned by customers.
- Preparation of archive boxes and files for return.
- Barcoding and scanning of documents and boxes brought from customers or transferred inside the warehouse using a manual scanner and transfer of documents to the database.
- Performing work to Iron Mountain's strict quality, security and confidentiality standards.
In this position, about 50% of the working time is driving, and the other 50% is loading and unloading boxes.
Employee requirements
- Valid driving license of category B car.
- Work experience as a driver.
- Not lower than secondary education.
- Work experience in the field of storage, logistics - a big advantage.
- Diligence, responsibility, honesty, ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language.
- Ability to ensure confidentiality.
