MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- transport passengers on established routes and according to schedules within the aerodrome territory;
- ensure smooth boarding and disembarking of passengers and a pleasant travel experience;
- prepare the vehicle for work and take care of its technical condition and cleanliness;
- fill in travel and vehicle operation documents;
- comply with traffic, safety and internal procedure requirements valid within the aerodrome territory;
- cooperate with colleagues and promptly respond to a changed situation.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- Category B and D driver's licenses (category C is an advantage);
- orientation towards passenger service and high quality of services;
- knowledge of foreign languages (not mandatory, but we would consider it an advantage);
- polite communication, helpfulness and responsibility;
- ability to make decisions quickly and remain calm in various situations;
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Law on Aviation of the Republic of Lithuania.

The shift lasts 12 hours, working hours vary depending on the season, but you may have to work at night or from early morning. A more specific work schedule is agreed and discussed during the interview.
