Nature of work
- Delivery of furniture to customers' homes according to the planned route.
- Loading and unloading of furniture.
- Bringing furniture to customers' living spaces, including bringing it to higher floors when there is no possibility to use the elevator.
- If necessary, assembly of upholstered furniture at the customer's home. (We do not assemble hard furniture.)
- Responsible and careful behavior with furniture during its transportation, delivery and assembly.
- Communicating with customers and ensuring quality delivery.
- Maintaining order in the car and workplace.
- Working in a team with another employee when loading, unloading and delivering furniture.
Employee requirements
What we expect from an employee:
- Responsibility, diligence and punctuality.
- Physical endurance, as the work requires lifting and carrying furniture to floors.
- Ability to communicate politely with customers.
- Responsible attitude towards entrusted property.
- Driver's license (category B).
- Experience in furniture delivery, assembly or loading would be an advantage.
additional information
- Work starts around 9:00–10:00, depending on the daily route.
- Work ends at 18:00–19:00.
- Usually, if we deliver all the planned furniture and complete the work earlier, the working day also ends earlier.
- Overtime is possible if needed and with the employee's consent.
- All overtime is fully paid.
- There are also additional opportunities to earn money, depending on the work performed and the employee's desire.
- If it is possible to park the minibus near the house, the company car is used to go to and from work.
