About job
UAB "Tradiala" is expanding its team and is looking for a driver-courier / loader to work in Vilnius and throughout Lithuania.
This is an active job for a person who likes to drive, is not afraid of physical exertion and values independence.
Our job is not the delivery of small parcels. We serve HoReCa and public sector clients throughout Lithuania, so we are looking for someone who understands that good delivery means not only arriving at the specified address, but also delivering the cargo to the client on time, neatly and professionally.

Nature of work
- 5–30 delivery points per day;
- routes in Vilnius and throughout Lithuania;
- loading and unloading of the minibus at delivery points;
- usual total weight of the loaded cargo – 1.2–2.3 t;
- working with the route and delivery system;
- handling cargo documents and delivery information;
- maintaining temperature regime when required by the cargo;
- professional communication with customers.
Employee requirements
- Have a category B driver's license;
- have at least 3 years of driving experience;
- are responsible and punctual;
- communicate with customers politely and professionally;
- are physically prepared for active work;
- an early start to the work day is not a problem for you;
- are able to work independently according to the established route.
A big advantage if:
- have experience in HoReCa deliveries;
- have worked with public sector facilities;
- have experience in driving larger category B minibuses;
- understand the specifics of delivering food products and temperature-controlled cargo.
If you drive well, are responsible and want to work - we can teach you specific things.
What do we offer?
During the trial period (1 month) – €1,200 in hand.
After the trial period – from €1,400 in hand + additional bonuses.

We deliver to restaurants, hotels, bars, cafes, gas stations, schools, kindergartens, hospitals, barracks and other facilities throughout Lithuania.

- other goods for business and public sector clients.

We will show:
- how to distinguish between different categories of goods;
- how to load a minibus correctly and safely;
- how to plan unloading according to the delivery sequence;
- how to work with the systems we use;
- how to properly deliver goods to different types of customers;
- how to ensure the required temperature regime of the cargo.
What kind of person would be right for us?
This is an active and physically intensive job. You will not only drive during the day - you will need to load, unload and deliver goods to many different locations.
We are looking for someone who is interested in completing the job neatly from loading to the final delivery, and not just driving from point A to point B.
