WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • You conduct driver selections by selecting various driver recruitment channels (CV portals, Facebook, recommendations, etc.);
  • You constantly search for and test new selection channels and monitor their effectiveness;
  • You respond to market changes in a timely manner, adjust the requirements for the position being sought;
  • You monitor and ensure that the number of approved candidates meets the needs of the company;
  • You know the criteria set for drivers, are able to answer candidates' questions about working conditions and the admission process in the company in detail;
  • You ensure the preparation of documents related to the employment/employment of foreigners and their submission to the Employment Service and the Migration Department;
  • You will provide reports on the recruitment of new employees to the management;
  • You will perform other tasks assigned by the manager related to personnel administration issues.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO ACHIEVE SUCCESS?

  • Excellent Russian and good English language skills;
  • Work experience in the search and selection processes of foreign employees;
  • Good computer skills;
  • Communicative, quick orientation and initiative;
  • 3+ years of experience in a transport/logistics company.
