Your responsibilities:
- Search, selection and assessment of international long-haul drivers (including candidates from third countries);
- Comprehensive management of the selection process – from the first contact to successful employment;
- Creation of job advertisements and active communication with candidates by phone, e-mail and social networks;
- Presentation of the company and the offered position, applying a sales approach and orientation to the needs of candidates;
- Contribution to strengthening the employer's image on social media;
- Administration of personnel documents until the end of the recruitment process;
- Preparation of reports, providing insights and initiating proposals for management.
We hope you:
- You have experience in personnel selection (driver selection experience is a must);
- You have excellent communication skills and are able not only to listen, but also to convince;
- You are proactive, result-oriented and know how to present a job offer in an attractive way;
- You are fluent in Russian and English;
- You have knowledge of third-party employee recruitment processes in Lithuania;
- You work with Microsoft Office programs;
- You are organized, independent and responsible.
