Driver Selection Specialist

Search, selection and assessment of international long-haul drivers (including candidates from third countries);
Creation of job advertisements and active communication with candidates by phone, e-mail and social networks;
Comprehensive management of the selection process - document administration from the first contact to the successful completion of the recruitment process;
Preparation of documents and their submission to the employment service and the migration department;
Contribution to strengthening the employer's image on social media;
Preparation of reports, provision of insights and initiation of proposals to management;

Work experience in the field of personnel selection / HR;
Ability to communicate clearly and politely with clients and employees by phone and in writing;
Ability to work independently and plan your own working time;
Responsibility, organization and result orientation;
Ability to solve problems and respond quickly to situations;
Computer literacy;
Good knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and English;
