- Preparation and placement of advertisements on job portals and social networks;
- Search for candidates through various channels: databases, through partners, recommendations;
- Assessment of competencies and motivation;
- Collection and verification of documents;
- Organization of the signing of employment contracts and other documents required for third-party drivers and the recruitment process;
- Cooperation with accounting, administration and other departments for smooth recruitment;
- Regular contact with current and former candidates;
- Formation of positive candidate experience;
- Preparation of reports on ongoing selections and achieved results;
- Maintaining relations with employment agencies and driver training centers;
- Analysis of information on the labor market, driver supply and competitor actions;
- Providing proposals for improving and streamlining selection processes.
Employee requirements
- Experience in personnel selection or human resources, in the logistics sector working with third-party driver selections;
- Fluency in Russian and English is required;
- Ability to independently plan and implement selection processes;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Good computer skills.
