Your responsibilities:
- Search for drivers through various channels (job portals, social networks, recommendations, etc.)
- Analysis, improvement and efficiency of driver selection processes
- Administration of internal databases
We expect from you:
- Experience in CE category driver selection (experience in a transport company is a great advantage)
- Excellent practical Russian and English language skills, written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and effectively organize one's work
- Initiative, responsibility and result-oriented
We offer:
- Fixed-term three-month employment contract with a real possibility of extension or transition to a permanent contract
