WHAT DO YOU DO EVERY DAY?
Your main goal is to ensure an effective driver selection process and help form a strong and reliable team:
- Actively search for and attract drivers for international trips; • Conduct candidate selections and organize interviews; • Assess candidates' experience, competencies, and motivation; • Communicate with candidates by phone, email, and social media; • Administer selection processes and documentation; • Cooperate with transport managers and leaders on personnel needs; • Manage the introduction and adaptation of new drivers; • Contribute to strengthening the company's image as a reliable employer.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A person who:
- Has experience in personnel selection, sales or customer service; • Is able to easily establish contact and build trust; • Is active, communicative and result-oriented; • Is able to work independently and plan their time; • Speaks Lithuanian, knowledge of English and/or Russian is a great advantage; • Is able to react quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment; • Values responsibility, clarity and professional communication.
