WHAT DO YOU DO EVERY DAY?
Your main goal is to ensure an effective driver selection process and help form a strong and reliable team:
- Actively search for and attract drivers for international trips;
- Conduct candidate selections and organize interviews;
- Assess candidates' experience, competencies, and motivation;
- Communicate with candidates by phone, email, and social media;
- Administer selection processes and documentation;
- Cooperate with transport managers and supervisors regarding personnel needs;
- Take care of the introduction and adaptation of new drivers;
- Contribute to strengthening the company's image as a reliable employer.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A person who:
- Has experience in personnel selection, sales or customer service;
- Is able to easily establish contact and build trust;
- Is active, communicative and result-oriented;
- Is able to work independently and plan their time;
- Speaks Lithuanian, knowledge of English and Russian is essential;
- Is able to react quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment;
- Values responsibility, clarity and professional communication.
