About us:

We are currently actively expanding the company, we invite a DRIVER PAY GROUP MANAGER to join the team in Kaunas.

Nature of work:

  • Organize team work and set activity priorities;
  • Delegate tasks, ensure control over their execution and the quality of results;
  • Train employees and strengthen their competencies;
  • Manage the payroll process - from data collection to the final result;
  • Develop and implement control mechanisms;
  • Automate and digitize processes in cooperation with the IT team.

Requirements:

  • Education in accounting, finance or economics;
  • Experience in payroll accounting (in the field of transport - an advantage);
  • Knowledge of the tax and accounting legislation of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • Experience in calculating drivers' wages - an advantage;
  • Experience in leading a team;
  • Ability to analyze the operation of systems and formulate requirements for the IT team;
  • Quick orientation and analytical thinking;
  • Ability to resolve conflict and stressful situations;
  • Experience in working with the accounting program "Finvalda" - an advantage;
  • Advanced level of English (Russian - an advantage).
