Nature of work:
- Introductory theory training for drivers;
- Control and consultation of drivers' work and rest regimes;
- Monitoring and consulting drivers on eco-driving issues;
- Consulting drivers on work organization and daily professional issues;
- Assessment of driving skills and provision of recommendations.
Employee requirements:
- Good knowledge of Russian and English;
- CE category driver's license;
- Computer skills;
- Good negotiation and organizational skills;
- Responsible attitude to work;
- Knowledge of eco-driving principles (advantage);
- Skills in working with specialized management programs and training platforms (advantage).
