Your responsibilities:
- Evaluation, analysis and implementation of improvement measures for drivers' work quality;
- Preparation, updating and improvement of driver training materials;
- Consulting drivers on the performance of work tasks;
- Instructing drivers and conducting training;
- Consulting on eco-driving issues, discussing results and providing recommendations;
- Monitoring, analyzing and providing feedback on the work of new drivers;
- Identification of erroneous actions, violations and other discrepancies and proposing preventive measures;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
We hope you:
- You have experience in the field of transport (an advantage);
- You work well with transport management systems and training platforms;
- You are familiar with the requirements for the work and rest regime of drivers;
- You are able to analyze, evaluate and systematize data;
- You are able to instruct and consult drivers orally in English and Russian (required);
- You have experience as a driver (an advantage);
- You have good communication and organizational skills;
- You are responsible, proactive and able to work effectively in a team.
