Driving instructor

Assess the driving skills and professional preparation of new drivers;
Organize the induction of new drivers and conduct initial training;
Monitor the adaptation of new drivers, assess the quality of work and provide feedback;
Teach the principles of safe, economical and responsible driving;
Consult drivers on work organization, work and rest regime, use of tachograph, filling out documents and securing loads;
Organize periodic driver training and contribute to improving their qualifications;
Cooperate with transport managers, ensuring safe and high-quality work of drivers.

Analogous or similar work experience in the field of transport;
Good knowledge of Russian and English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage);
Computer literacy (MS Office programs);
Responsibility, initiative and ability to work effectively in a team;
Ability to analyze, evaluate and systematize data.

2980-3300 €/mon. gross
The specific amount will be discussed during the interview, taking into account work experience and available competences.
