Nature of work
- Organization/management of the change process of drivers working on cadets in Europe;
- Communicating with drivers regarding work schedules and solving problems;
- Management of the flow of departing and returning drivers;
- Prompt solution to problems arising during the exchange.
Employee requirements
- Experience in similar work is required;
- Fluency in RUSSIAN and ENGLISH (oral and written);
- Diplomacy, excellent communication, time management/planning skills;
- Organization, ability to solve problems in stressful situations;
- Responsible attitude to work, quick orientation, initiative.
