We are a transport and logistics company that organizes cargo transportation in Lithuania and Europe. We are growing, expanding our team and are looking for someone who can help ensure the smooth daily operations of the company.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Planning of drivers' work and shifts;
  • Organizing drivers' work, distributing daily tasks and controlling their execution;
  • Continuous communication with drivers, transmitting relevant information;
  • Prompt response to emerging situations and solving problems;
  • Administration of work schedules and related documents;
  • Coordination of the driver selection process.

We hope you:

  • You are fluent in English and Russian;
  • You have experience in coordination, personnel, logistics or transport;
  • You are able to independently manage different tasks and priorities;
  • You are organized, responsible, meticulous;
  • You are communicative, flexible and know how to quickly solve everyday situations;
  • You work well with a computer and quickly master new systems and programs;
  • You are able to independently organize your work and easily find a common language with colleagues from different positions.
