Planning and coordination of drivers' work schedules, ensuring timely departure for trips;
Coordination of drivers' release for trips and control of the preparation of necessary documents;
Planning and organization of minibus routes for driver replacements abroad;
Communication with drivers, transport managers and other company employees;
Inputting information into internal systems.
Administration of insured events - communication with insurance companies in cases of driver traffic accidents or vehicle damage, collection and submission of necessary documents;
Administration of information about traffic accidents and vehicle damage and coordination of the compensation process.

Experience in the field of transport, logistics or driver coordination;
Good knowledge of Russian and English;
Computer literacy (MS Office programs);
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions quickly;
Responsibility, organization and ability to plan your work.

2440-2980 €/mon. gross
