NATURE OF WORK:
Planning and coordinating drivers' work schedules, ensuring timely departure for trips.
Coordination of drivers' release for trips and control of the preparation of necessary documents.
Planning and organizing minibus routes for driver replacements abroad.
Communication with drivers, transport managers and other company employees.
Information entry and administration in internal company systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the field of transport, logistics or driver coordination.
Good knowledge of Russian and English.
Computer literacy, good skills in working with MS Office programs.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make decisions quickly.
Responsibility, organization and ability to plan your work.
Ability to communicate with drivers, colleagues and external partners.
Attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information.
Experience working with internal transport or logistics systems would be an advantage.
